    Role Overview
    We are seeking an entrepreneurial, self-starter to join our team as a Health Innovation Project Manager. This individual will lead complex projects in health innovation, managing every aspect from conception to successful implementation. The ideal candidate is skilled in change management and adept at translating vision into actionable results.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of health innovation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

    • Change Management: Develop and implement strategies to support adoption and sustainability of innovative solutions, addressing resistance and fostering engagement.

    • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, government bodies, industry associations, and community organizations.

    • Solution Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of technology or processes into existing systems.

    • Process Innovation: Identify and implement process improvements that enhance transitions of care between healthcare settings, addressing gaps to drive better participant outcomes.

    • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to monitor project progress, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.

    • Strategic Thinking: Identify opportunities for growth, partnerships, and scalability of health innovation initiatives.

    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, providing leadership and clear communication.

    • Team Building: Mentor and manage internal team members as needed, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is an asset.

    • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in project management, with a strong emphasis on change management and/or healthcare implementation projects. Experience in consulting, product development and business model development considered an asset.

    • Skills:

      • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

      • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or Jira).

      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

      • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform decision-making.

    • Attributes:

      • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

      • Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

      • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.

    • Additional Requirements:

      • Valid driver’s license

      • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time or as required for specific initiatives

    The Position 

    As an Innovation Officer, you will be an integral part of our dynamic Innovation Team. This role is designed for a highly motivated individual with a passion for innovation and technology, eager to gain real-world experience within an innovative business environment. Based in St. John’s, NL, the Innovation Officer will work closely and collaborate with all members of the Innovation Division to support various projects, initiatives, and commercial products within our portfolio.

    ·        Support development and articulation of product positioning and related assets

    ·        Research customer prospects and support go-to-market planning and broader marketing initiatives

    ·        Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and presentations

    ·        Engaging with stakeholders, reports and partners to gather information and analyze data to help inform business growth

    ·        Project management support

    ·        Support development of engagement-oriented training modules

    ·        Support product implementation and testing with prospective customers.

    ·        Other duties as required

    Qualifications:

    ·        Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

    ·        Technologically proficient.

    ·        Basic understanding of marketing principles and a keen interest in digital marketing trends.

    ·        Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    ·        Creative and analytical thinker.

    ·        Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus.

    ·        Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

    ·        Organized and detail-oriented.

    Area of Study: Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

    Hours of Work: 37.5hrs/week
